As a merchant, we bear no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the refusal of payment authorisation for a transaction, especially when it results from the cardholder surpassing limits previously agreed upon with our acquiring bank.

Cancellation Policies
We understand that plans can change, so our cancellation policies are designed to offer clarity and transparency for bookings made directly through our website.
- Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in: No cancellation charges will be applied.
- Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in: 100% of the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
- No-shows: Failure to check-in without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and 100% of the booking amount will be retained as a fee.
- Please note that credit card processing charges, typically 3-4%, are non-refundable and will be deducted in all cases.
- For bookings made through OTAs, the cancellation policies specified on the respective OTA platforms will apply.
- For bookings made through travel agents, the policies communicated to the travel agents will be followed.
